Shipping Charges ● Individual Orders: Orders above ₹2500 (Distributor Price) - Free Delivery ● Team Orders: Orders above ₹4000 (Distributor Price): Free Delivery ● Subsequent Orders: ₹75/- Courier Charges (Pan India) Note: Courier charges are non-refundable.
We aim to deliver your products within 2 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, anywhere in India. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays or regulatory issues beyond our control. In such cases, Distributors will be notified.
If the delivery package appears to be tampered with or damaged, we strongly advise Distributors to:
Refuse to accept the package, and
Immediately contact their nearest Zenetix Wellness branch office or
Email us at info@zenetixwellness.com, mentioning the order reference number.
We will ensure that a replacement is arranged and delivered at the earliest.
